- You have symptoms of COVID-19
- You don't have symptoms but have a known COVID-19 exposure or exposure concerns
- You are suspect of COVID-19 by a healthcare provider
- You are an essential worker with frequent contacts with the public

At-Home Testing
- At-home test kits available at no cost for individuals that live in Orange County and are asymptomatic or have exposure concerns.
- Home delivery test kits; prepaid return shipping
- Orders will be fulfilled within 24 to 48 hours, depending on the time your order is place. Holidays may also affect shipping times.
- Online registration, order request form and patient portal
- Virtual clinical support through PWN Health Provider
- Daily limits may apply to meet service delivery times

- Two locations:
- Anaheim Convention Center (800 W Katella Avenue, Anaheim, CA 92802)
- OC Fair & Event Center (88 Fair Drive, Costa Mesa, CA 92626)
- Appointments are strongly encouraged to avoid delays and wait time.
Walk-up State Testing Sites
- Testing at no cost recommended for:
- People without symptoms (asymptomatic) – such as healthcare workers, first responders, and other essential workers; and
- Individuals who have had close contact to someone with COVID-19
- Several locations throughout Orange County
- Buena Park
- Orange
- Santa Ana
- No medical provider on site
